The Multidisciplinary Clinic App Concept: How to Reduce the Reception Desk Workload.

As a member of the Surf design and pre-sale teams, I created an app concept for the multidisciplinary clinics chain.

The goal was to reduce the workload at the reception desks of clinics by providing clear information about patients’ appointments, invoices, medical documents, and clinical services through a mobile app.

The app serves as a personal patient portal with access to medical records, the ability to book and pay for medical services across the clinic network.

Records

Users can check their balance and bonuses, upcoming appointments, pay off the medical services bills. The app stores all the medical history: past doctors’ appointments, results of examinations and tests, paid bills and other documents.

Appointment

Users can search for medical services and book an appointment at the clinic. In case of emergency, the house call doctor and hotline buttons are easily accessible.

If users are not sure which type of doctor they need, they can search by symptoms to find the right service.
