In Surf we designed a mobile app concept for the major hotel operator.
The goal was to build a reservation management tool for hotels guests.

One of the biggest national hotel operators.

Key features

The app needed to cover two key scenarios: hotel booking and providing additional services to guests after check-in.

Main screen

Users wold be able to book one of the hotels, buy a gift card and join loyalty program.

Booking management screen

Guests could see the info about their hotel, check-in and check-out time. The app allows guests to order room service meals and provides all the info about upcoming events and extra options.

The result

The resulting app concept differs from a typical booking service and covers post check-in scenarios.
